The aim of the centre is to enable children to fulfil their potential in musical theatre.

Footsies Dance Centre was established in 1992 from very humble beginnings, starting
with just 25 pupils in a rented hall, since then Footsies has grown in size and reputation.

We currently teach over 150 students-ranging from pre-scholars to senior adults.

 Our school remains relatively small, offering our students a new and forward way of thinking towards the ever changing world of dance.
Pupils of the centre are encouraged to study examinations in all disciplines from Primary
through to Vocational graded and Status level exams.
We are renowned for our very high standards and can boast a majority of our major
students are now working professionally all over the world.
Our students who have taken Status level examinations have all passed with distinction.
The highest mark possible.

Always looking ahead, both Tracy and Amanda strive to and thrive on 'keeping up'
with the ever changing world of dance and theatre studies.
Students of the centre regularly take examinations, attend competitions, workshops and festivals.
They also create their own work at Footsies biennial Choreographic competition.

One of Footsies enviable elements is the extremely high standard of innovative choreography and ever changing style, this in itself is paramount to the training of young creative dancers.
